Just a quick post since I haven't been updating properly...last night the scale read 199.5, which means I've officially reached my February goal (and only halfway through February!)
I will soon be increasing my protein intake and doing more strength-building exercize while trying to continue losing weight.
My long-term goal is 190 lbs by the end of April.

198.3 today...
Weighed in at 196.8 lbs. today...but then went and had a celebratory cheat lunch at Old Chicago, so we'll see what things look like tomorrow...
