Poner en forma update

Been a while since I updated.

I broke the 190 barrier today...weighed in at 189.4 pounds.

I have set myself an end of the year, life-long goal of 185...which is what it says on my driver's license.

Back from Columbus

Went to Columbus to snuggle with Buffy this weekend...ate a lot of ice cream and thought I'd probably put on a few pounds, but was pleasantly surprised when I weighed in at 196.0 today at the gym, boo-yah!

Splurge Results

Turns out my weekend splurge had some results...weighed in at 200.1 today. Small setback, sure I'll be back on the decline soon...

Just a quick post since I haven't been updating properly...last night the scale read 199.5, which means I've officially reached my February goal (and only halfway through February!)

I will soon be increasing my protein intake and doing more strength-building exercize while trying to continue losing weight.

My long-term goal is 190 lbs by the end of April.

So Far, So Good

Less than a week into my hard-core resolution keeping, I am well on my way. The scale at the gym today read 203.8 this rate I'm going to have to have a big mid-month celebratory splurge. ;o)

New Years Resolutions

So I had really nebulous New Years resolutions this year, and haven't really done anything about them, so I decided to make February resolutions.

Today at the gym I weighed myself and it came out 208.8 pounds. My resolution is to lose 9 pounds by the end of February.

I'll be keeping track of my progress here, because I think it will help.
